In all ways of moving, from every day functional movement, to different forms of Weight Lifting things, weights or people, Dance Techniques, Martial Arts, Yoga, Hiking, Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Bicycling, Mountain Biking, Gardening, or even Driving in partnering a vehicle, we all move differently with the earth, usually, beneath our feet, or with a bicycle, harness etc. At the same time kinesiology-wise, basically, even for most differently abled people, we all CAN move the same in efficiency, ease, and without pain. Some soreness yes, but not pain. Inherent in all these modalities, there are movements we all did as babies, which have been taught/programmed out of us so others know to trust us. These movements you watch babies do are indeed PART of the kinesiology of the human body.
Depending on the culture of people one is around the most, life situations, or work one does, we all tend to unknowingly allow our mirror neurons dictate how we move based on how we see others move, stand, and walk as children, and throughout life. Shape changes emotional state, and emotional state changes body shape as well. Life events DO dictate how we move, and can become patterns we don't want later. Being very aware of them when they start is key.
Really learning, and embodying the Art and Science of Kinesiology, how human muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints move, and for our focus, the most efficiently they can move in YOUR body right now, is where we begin. Applying this knowledge into isometric ways to use the four core muscle groups in the body to strengthen these muscles to indeed RE-ALIGN your entire skeleton, and the three ways to stretch the muscles that keeps the alignment stabilized, develops muscle memory over time. Most Physical Therapists, or Personal Trainers can never take the time to even teach you a fraction of this knowledge due to insurance, gym limits, and some just don't have the background in kinesiology. You also receive a knowledge base from Quantum Science in how energies work in your brain/body with selections of prep videos, and books before you arrive, as well as an intro video leading into explanations and discussions the first evening.
Then, YOU get to apply this embodied knowledge to one of the very oldest ways of moving that according to the same Paleo Anthropologists that did research on paleo food, also did on movement. ALL our ancestors did the Art of Dancing, one way of which is by following Choreography in a group, or with a partner. According to the scientists, it was an average of four nights a week that humans Danced up til only a hundred and fifty years ago for most cultures on the planet. Some even a shorter amount of time. "Exercise" is a recent term, and not something humans ever did. Our recent, as well as ancient ancestors did movement Arts for survival, AND to THRIVE. The Greeks for instance did sports to win games, and settle disputes. They did not train to exercise. Our ancestors trained for tribal, family, clan, and religious reasons. You also apply it to another younger, and ancient Art of moving, Yoga, at the end of your movement journey day. Hunting, gathering, agriculture, raising children, building places to live, and moving around this earth are the movements most all of our ancestors did that are now part of our functional movement in daily modern life. Men, women, and children all had different roles in the lifelong movement they did according to cultural social constructs of each time period, and place. Thus, we all probably have a good mix of even "women" hunters, and "men" gatherers in our lineage too, some more than others, which when aware of, can dictate structurally how we move now, along with other social constructs of sexual identity, BUT, in the end, non of how we move is set in stone. We get to choose how we want to change shape as we move to change the state of our thoughts, and feelings about our bodies taking up space, AND vice versa. Based on Quantum science, not old Newtonian science, how this happens biologically is explained. These truths apply, and tremendously help, whether you have any dis-eases, injuries surgeries, and/or joint replacements.
